My Actifit Report Card: May 2 2025

I was eating a LOT of processed foods, feeling hungry 24/7, and I was just not feeling well and I was gaining a LOT of weight. I started eating whole foods, trying to eat clean, cutting out pasta and bread and cheese and whatnot. Eating a lot of eggs, salsa, fruit, vegetables, beans, salmon, and shrimp. I'm trying to hydrate a LOT more. More water, etc. I've tried drinking my coffee black instead of adding cream + sugar. I also started eating every 4-5 hours: breakfast, lunch, snack, dinner, snack - and I feel SO SO SO much better. I feel like I have infinite energy, I feel less hungry all the time, and I just feel so much better about myself.
I also just bought some protein powder because I'm new to the whole macro thing but I'm finding it hard to eat as many grams of protein in a day that some places are suggesting. But so far I'm super happy and hopeful. And once I add exercise to the mix, I think I'll feel unstoppable.
