Going from 4 days of lifting to 3 days and less sets/reps per sesh feels great and something that seems to sustainable 🧘
I need to keep working on my brace and see that when I make sure to do the rehab exercises that teach me to brace and breath properly a lot of my body seems to relax and repair itself vs when I don't pay attention to it 🫃
I think the main underlying culprit of my issues from the past years may have been my psoas (of which I have become superaware over the last few weeks) and wondering if I did or did not injure it when I broke my knee as I felt something tweak in my back. Reading about it and looking back it would explain things like my increased anxiety, groin, hip and butt pain, excessive external rotation and reduced internal rotation, sciatica problems and back tweaks. By learning to brace better and breathe better my psoas has space to repair itself and to finally relax. (Not that it matters. At this point, it's about making due and working through and around the existing issues)
Cardio is great and definitely going to keep it up at least 1x per week.
