New Goals

Goal for the week:
[] Complete all assignments that are due this week
[] Monday and Wednesday spend at least 15 minutes on assignments and book club responsibilities
[] Tuesday, Thursday and weekends spend at least 15 minutes on research

How it connects to your main goals:
-----Goal 1, 2 & 3: Connects to "Have a stable lifestyle and routine"
Dedicating certain days for certain tasks should be useful. I felt really scattered and it'd be easier for me to track my progress and the specific goals I have been up to instead of relying on proof / evidence from journal entries.

-----Goal 3: Connects to "Research as a Habit"
I don't want to research everyday. Having it done every 2 days seems a much better option of making it habitual instead of the 1x a week goal I did last time.

How you plan to accomplish it:
-----(1) Use check-in pod almost religiously
-----(2) Frequently update my journal on weekly goals
-----(3) Update ⁠unknown for reflection on reducing distractions
-----(4) Ensure that I eat regularly by tracking health goals in journaling

Time frame you're looking at for accomplishing this goal: 15/4-21/4

How you will prove that you've done this goal:
-----Pictures of assignments and task tracker on Excel sent to ⁠unknown

Reflection/thoughts you've had while setting this goal:
-----lmao why did i not do this sooner. oh well, my fear of structure is going slowly and i'm still proud of my progress, just need to keep moving forward from now on!!!
