Actifit RC: Aug 30th '24 - A turbulent evening

Summer is back to do really seriously after that brief parenthesis last week and now we are again record on record of exceptional heat.

My friend is finalizing the work for the reopening of his tax assistance center and now we had to put this computer where the power supply was blown probably due to some problem caused by the technicians who have been working in its office.

I also did not move much today but I put together a little more than 5000 steps just to not overdo it as at the weekend I plan to do many activities.

Certainly the most movement was made by the supervolcano of the Campi Flegrei that came back to make its roar heard causing a bradyseismic shock of MD 3.7 degrees on the Richter scale.

Una serata movimentata

L'estate è tornata a fare davvero sul serio dopo quella breve parentesi della settimana scorsa ed ora stiamo inanellando di nuovo record su record di caldo eccezionale.

Il mio amico sta finalizzando i lavori per la riapertura del suo centro di assistenza fiscale e adesso abbiamo dovuto mettere a posto questo computer al quale era saltato l'alimentatore probabilmente per qualche problema causato dai tecnici che hanno lavorato in questi giorni nel suo ufficio.

Anche non mi sono mosso tantissimo oggi ma ho messo insieme un po' di più di 5000 passi giusto per non esagerare in quanto nel fine settimana prevedo di fare molte attività.

Di sicuro più movimento lo ha fatto il supervulcano dei Campi Flegrei che è tornato a far sentire il suo ruggito causando una scossa bradisismica di MD 3.7 gradi della scala Richter.
