Late season roses : My Actifit Report Card: September 20 2026
Rose plants are amazing! They seem to bloom for months over the summer and beyond.
Of course, roses also need to be tended and looked after by someone who knows what they are doing.
I'm not a gardener but I do know that the dead heads need to be constantly removed as the flowers wilt and die off, especially before the seed heads develop. A childhood spent watching my grandfather taught me a few things! 😆

What a lovely rose colour. I agree, they're amazing! I know nothing much about tending to roses. I tried looking after mini roses but they did not last very long. I don't think, they like our hot or wet weather. Interesting knowledge you got from your grandfather. Thanks for sharing.
My grandfather was a very keen gardener with an allotment as well in his heyday. I used to help out where I could, like mowing his lawn, etc. Good old days! 😁
