A theme park trip : My Actifit Report Card: May 16 2026

I went along to a theme park today. I have been many times over the years, both as a child and later with my own children.

Chessington World of Adventures was just a zoo when I was a child, with a playground attached. A row of large slides and swings and that was it! The park grew from those small beginnings into the successful theme park it is today.

I have enjoyed it a lot in the past but now I don't get much enjoyment from it at all. 😒.

The problem is that the parks really cater for young people and the queues can be very long.

The food is only basic fast food so that's not too good either. All in all, a disappointment. The family members that I went with seemed to enjoy the fun so I suppose that is all that matters.
