A wet walk in goffs! : My Actifit Report Card: December 7 2025
I already knew it was going to be wet pretty much all day, so I decided to take a walk after breakfast while the rain was just a light drizzle.
After walking along the town bypass I entered Goffs Park. It was looking bleak in the conditions with the trees almost bare now for the winter season.
I hardly spotted anyone else, just the odd person and their dog! 😄.
It was good to take the walk. I soon felt warm as I kept up a good pace, and in fact had to lower the hood on my coat to cool off a bit!
This is a nice park. I only walked the open side today but there is a wooded section with a small lake at the top end where the old mansion is standing. ☔️
