A hearty breakfast! : My Actifit Report Card: December 5 2025
After eating a hearty breakfast at our hotel, it was time to hit the road. A short drive to the hospital where we stayed for about six hours!
During that time I had the opportunity to take a stroll to burn off that breakfast earlier. There are two lakes near the hospital where I spent some time in the sunshine.
It was cold but the bright sky made it feel ok. This area is home to some research institutions and the grounds are well kept.
I was fortunate to walk in the dry conditions as there was another weather system approaching from the southwest. By the time we left at dusk it had already started raining and it got quite heavy and unpleasant to drive.
