My Actifit Report Card: June 20 2025
It has been a busy day in terms of steps covered. On a hot day such as it has been today, I walked into town together with my wife, and there were many people about enjoying the weather. The fountains were running in the square where little todlers were running in amonst the water jets! 😅
Later, on the school run, walking through the park, I noticed a wild flower, which brought back childhood memories for me. My grandfather discovered this flower in his garden one year. It was the evening primrose, which is featured in my picture here. The flowers open in the evening each day in the summer months. It grows wild in England and can just appear anywhere.
