Buenos y lluviosos dias amigos actifitters.

Hoy el dia se ha levantado triston con mucha lluvia y mal tiempo. Idoneo para no entrenar aunque algo habra que hacer, ya sabeis.

Ayer mas de 17.000 pasos y otro dia cumpliendo con creces los objetivos marcados.

Estoy muy contento de como estoy enfocando mi actividad deportiva y actifit tiene mucha culpa de ello.

Mañana volvere a contaros como ha ido este dia lluvioso.
