My Actifit Report Card: October 21 2026

Sometimes we long for a good night's sleep without any disturbances. We often underestimate the sleep hours we need to recharge and end up sleeping less hours. Those who don't have it, know the value of it. Those who have it, don't care about it. It's a tiresome task for some parents to get their children to sleep. And in doing so they get so tired, but still have to manage to wake up early in the morning. This is one of those days where I get less sleep, but had to attend a much larger work at the office and home. This type of day will be so irritating and tired, by the end of the day you will get your sleep just if you close your eyes for a couple of seconds. As usual today is an amalgamation of walking, daily activities, office work, plenty of home work and hoping for a sound sleep.
