From the moment a man's life begins, everyone has expectations of him. Parents expect him to study well, land a good job, and support the family. Sisters look to him to resolve any issues they might face in their marital homes.

Then there is marriage; once that happens, if he does even a routine task, people might taunt him, saying, "Your wife has certainly trained you well." If he happens to speak up in his wife's favor, others might claim he has been "bewitched" or "drugged" by her.

Unable to satisfy his parents, convince his wife, or manage the pressures of work, he often struggles internally. If he wants to step away for just a day to spend time with friends, he is accused of having time to loaf around but no time to look after his family.
