My Actifit Report Card: September 6 2026

We cannot do everything on our own; throughout our lives, we often help others—sometimes without even realizing it—and others help us in return.

From the moment we wake up, we purchase essentials like milk and vegetables; if the people selling them weren't there, we would have to struggle immensely just to obtain them.

Over time, things changed and everything became easily accessible to us; otherwise, our daily struggle for survival would have taken place in the wild rather than in an office.

Human ingenuity led to a series of inventions that made life convenient; just imagine what our situation would be like without them. That said, I don't mean to imply that the old days were necessarily better.

People are meant to live happily by helping one another, but nowadays, the more you help someone, the more they come to view that assistance as their right.

Instead of showing gratitude, they often end up criticizing us if we fail to do exactly what they asked. That is why it is crucial these days to learn to say "no" upfront to things that would cause us trouble.

As for my own day, I woke up a bit late; since it was a holiday, I took my time getting up, had a meal, and went back to sleep.

Later in the evening, I went for a walk and also visited the office to attend to some pending work. After dinner, I went for another walk, took a shower, and finally got into bed, ready to sleep.
