As for my daily routine, I couldn't wake up early today; I got up a bit late and attended to my usual morning tasks. Afterward, I dropped my children off at school and got ready for work myself. Once I finished breakfast, I headed to the office.

I was busy with video conferences from the moment the workday began. Before I knew it, night had fallen; I returned home, finished dinner, and rested for a while. Later, I went for a walk, took a shower, and finally lay down in bed. That was it—I drifted off to sleep.
