My Actifit Report Card: July 30 2026

Just another day completed with ease. After Wednesday, sometimes the remaining days will go by without even noticing. Maybe because they are closer to holiday than the other days.

I woke up early in the morning, freshened up myself and went outside for a walk the usual way even though I didn't have the mood for a walk. After reaching the ground, just as I am about to start walking, I got a call from the office on urgent work.

Any other day I would have been frustrated about that call, but today as I do not have the mood to walk, I went to the office to attend for work. It took nearly one and half hours to complete that urgent task and I came home.

Again I freshened up and got ready for the office. All the time I was in the office for today, the work which I attended early in the morning stretched for hours as the higher up people are asking different formats of the same information and I'm preparing the same required information in various types.

At the end of the day I came home with an exhaustive mind and just as I entered my bedroom, the cold breeze of air from the AC calmed me down. In an instant I was refreshed again.

After having dinner, I looked at some youtube shorts and then I started walking. Feeling good that finally I completed my day with some kind of physical activity, I bathed myself and got to sleep.
