My Actifit Report Card: May 6 2026
Day by day life throws problems at you and then waits to see how you would react. Such a situation happened to me today. Due to sleeplessness last night, I slept for only four hours and upon waking up to more than the time I usually woke up, I realised a thing, today my mood will be dull due to no sleep. But, as the day goes by I observed that nothing out of the ordinary had happened. By the end of the day I realised that our brain plays tricks with us, even though I slept less, hourly speaking, I managed to pull off the whole day without any inconvenience at work and daily routine.
Then I saw that even though I was seeing the problem the whole day, my brain chose to relieve me from the fact of not sleeping. By the end of the day I had my dinner and walked for a while and then freshened up. I get to bed my usual time.
