My Actifit Report Card: May 4 2026
Upon waking up, today I had to do groceries shopping and other essentials. Then at home I walked for like half an hour. Then I freshened up and got ready for the office. There the work was not bad and I came home early after work in the evening. Then again I had plenty of time to do walking, so I spent like an hour walking at night in the home itself. Then I freshened up and went to sleep refreshed.
