After yesterday's hilly half marathon, I decided I could do with a bit of a rest day today, and as the weather was miserable, that was confirmed.
I think I have over edited today's picture, but it seems to fit today's gloomy outlook quite well.
Obviously, I still had to walk to and from work for each of my shifts, so my step count is still not too bad.
I spent the morning on my laptop putting together a training plan for a long trail run that I'm hoping to do in October. The plan calls for me to run 5 times a week, so it's a bit of a step up from what I've been doing recently. I'll be starting tomorrow, so you'll be able to see if I can stick to it.
