As Humans, we all have different goals and it is those goals that determine our state of mind and success. Some people define success as having a good-paying job and a nice family.
Some people define Success as being famous and having the power to control the masses.
Wealth alone does not determine success even though it is a very important criteria to justify success, you may have all the money in the world and still feel like a loser if your dreams are not fulfilled.
Just that before that mindset crept in, you need to be rich first to understand money is not everything.
My definition of a successful person is someone who achieves his goals/dreams!
A human without a dream/goals in life is a walking corpse, I think most people have a goal in life, especially with this hard economy, those for those still trying to make ends meet, they have a goal of becoming rich so they can escape poverty and the life of suffering they live.
Some are lucky to have achieved theirs and we have those still struggling and making progress towards achieving it.
As a man, If you have money and a lot of properties and assets and all your families are well-to-do, you are a successful man because in the world we are now, there is no success without money.
It is okay to disagree with me that money is everything, this statement often comes from wealthy people that their riches can last them for their lifetime and even their generation will inherit the rest after their demise so some don't see money as something special again but for a poor person, it means everything.
The reason why we are all hustling and grinding is to live a better life and to live that life, we need money.
To cut it short, A successful life is one in which you have everything you ever desired and you have now stopped craving for things and just want to help others achieve theirs.
When your life is okay and you have everything you desired, life becomes boring and a person with a good mindset can derive fun from helping those in need by putting a smile on their face .

I just like to believe thst success Is what a man calls it. For some, being able to afford thsir basic need is enough. For another, it may be having a certain amount in their bank account. It's just varying. And valid.
it varies as our want and needs are different, your point is valid!
I like how you explain what the definition of success in your own.
thanks
Success is a relative thing and so the meaning of success can be different for different people. For rich people people won't consider money as their success as they have it already where a for a poor money is everything.
you get it right man
I think this ihs why having goals or dreams are important, we become alive in the journey towards achieving them and become better ourselves in the process. For me, success is realizing the potential I think I have before leaving this world.
as humans, our potentials are not limited, so not sure you can really know your full potential, but it is good to utilize those ones you discovered
I so much love your last two paragraphs, That's what success means to me too, having everything I have ever wanted to have including money then the next goal will be helping the poor attain their success too. Though somebody like me, I feel if I have money, I mean real money, I don't have any problem in world againš«£
I also wish for that kind of life someday
Yes oh
Achieving all what you want makes you successful and anyone who is an achiever are the ones who must have set their goals earlier and working towards achieving them
goals and dreams fulfillment are the true definition of success
Everyone has their own definition of success to you it means this and to another it means something else but in all success is not measured by how much money we have.
yea it is not always about money but then we need to have money first lol
Success doesn't depend on how wealthy one is because if not will planned those wealth can go away just in a twinkle of eye, success is ongoing.
True, if money could buy fulfillment, life would have been much easier...
But this is where I beg to disagree, Would you call someone whose goal is to kill 1000 persons in his lifetime successful?
Although I understand your point, and I agree with most of what you said, But then, I'm simply pointing out the fact that not all dreams/goals are positive or even healthy, so totally attributing it to success, might be a mistake.
Indeed when you can fulfill your dreams, and achieve your goals, you are successful
