6000HP And A little Confusion

I believe one of the things I’ve been intentional about is my Hive journey. I joined Hive in November 2023 and was nowhere to be found on the blockchain until January, when I got to understand how the Hive ecosystem worked.

So when I joined Hive, my goal was to become a dolphin as soon as possible. During that time, I heard I needed to have 5000 HP to become a dolphin. I started working on my 5k HP, and in some months, I got to 3k. I remember being so excited because it came by pretty fast.

I later got to 5k somewhere around my birthday. I was so excited because I thought I was close to being a dolphin, so from there, I became very occupied, which made me even forget about my hive goal.

I realized that my account hadn’t been growing the way I wanted for some time. So I took my time and analyzed a lot of things and then found out that I wasn’t powering up like I used to. And funnily enough, the problem wasn’t about me powering up, because I love powering up. I just forgot that existed, and I don’t even know why. But probably because of the things I have on my mind now.

So I would go through my account and not be happy about where it is, but I would just remain hopeful, forgetting that I literally had control over my account. And I could take my account to wherever I want it to be in a blink by just powering up.

So I woke up about 4 days ago and just decided to power up into the 6ks. To be honest, a lot of things aren’t going as I expect them to, so I decided to at least control my HP this week just for something to go my way.

And today, I powered up about 401 HIVE to push me into 6k.

As I entered, I expected to see a notification or something indicating that I was a dolphin, but nothing came up. I was just a normal old dry fish. So meaning, the value for dolphins has gone higher. From 5k all the way through to 6k+

I know I’m going to reach that goal sooner than I even think, and I just can’t wait. And when I do, I’ll probably throw a party because it would mean so much to me as a person and to my journey on this blockchain.
