My week started with a very blessed Sunday!!! It was challenging, a difficult route, 8km with several climbs, but thank God it gave me a Podium in my category (the one with the largest number of competitors) what a beautiful trophy my people!!!!! And after a few months of returning to the race, achieving a time of 4:25 km, with a speed of 13.57 km/h is extremely rewarding!!!
I also did my first km again at a speed below 4 minutes per km, which already shows that the body is adjusting to speed and training, I was in pain on Thursday and Friday, but after a good rest on Saturday, I managed to do well. test on Sunday morning, now next Sunday I have a 16km race to run again on the wine route. I currently have 3 months of training, but with an average weekly volume of 15 to 20km, I am transitioning to 30km per week.

Minha semana começou com um domingo abençoado demais!!! Foi desafiador, percurso difĂcil, 8km com várias subidas, mas graças a Deus deu Podium na minha categoria (que foi a com maior nĂşmero de concorrentes) que trofĂ©u lindo minha gente!!!!! E apĂłs alguns meses voltando para a corrida, conseguir um tempo de 4:25 o KM, com velocidade de 13,57km/h Ă© top demais gratificante!!!
TambĂ©m voltei a fazer meus primeiros kms em velocidade abaixo de 4 minutos o km, o que já demonstra que o corpo ta se ajustando a velocidade e treinamento, estava com dor quinta e sexta feira, mas apĂłs um bom descanso no sábado consegui ir bem nessa prova domingo de manhĂŁ, agora no prĂłximo domingo tenho prova de 16km para correr novamente na rota do vinho. Atualmente estou com 3 meses de treino, porĂ©m com volume mĂ©dio semanal de 15 a 20km, estou em perĂodo de transição para chegar a 30km por semana.

Thank you very much!!! I came back at the end of October to start training hard, I started cycling, doing some trail bikes of around 20 to 30km each cycle, and also with running, I'm finally improving my conditioning
