Jiffy and OTF Coach #231

After yesterday's 90 minute workout, Tiffany and I followed up with a normal 60 minute session this morning. Between yesterday and today's workout I burned 1700 calories and 32 splats. Ran 3.9 miles yesterday and 2.7 miles today. To say that this weekend was SWEAT EQUITY TURBOCHARGED is a definite understatement.

Yesterday, we burned splats at the home studio and today we drove over to ORANGETHEORY DR. PHILLIPS where we worked out for Tiffany's and my 231st ORANGETHEORY FITNESS Coach we have worked out for as a couple.

Coach RJ has tons of energy, engaging and a very good instructor and motivational. Had a huge entertainer vibe. Wouldn't be surprised if he has done on stage performances. I believe he worked at Disney or still does as well.

After I ended the week hobbling with a left bad ankle/foot and right elbow/bicep and had horrible stats going into this weekend I felt the pain but unlike Thursday and Friday it didn't hurt my workouts.

Decided to take off tomorrow not to push myself too much and stick to the regurlarly scheduled rest day on Wednesday. That will pace me out to rest the foot and elbow and have good workouts Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and into the weekend of workouts.

We are hoping to squeeze in a couple of more OTF Coaches to add to our growing list.

Jiffy (Jimmy + Tiffany) as we are known in the Orangetheory community have been able to add five more OTF Coaches to our list in the last few weeks. Three in New York City from our recent trip and two more here in Central Florida since we have been back. All the coaches were very happy to participate in our ongoing selfies as our latest Catch A Coach.
