Here in northeastern Brazil, the rainy season is coming to an end and the sun is shining brighter than ever—the perfect invitation for a trip to the beach. At the last minute, we decided to hit the road and head to the coast, about 40 km from where we live. We left on our motorbike right after lunch, before noon, and in less than an hour we were already arriving at our destination: Praia do Saco and Praia das Dunas.

We started at Praia das Dunas. What strikes me most there are the mansions built very close to the sea, contrasting with the natural landscape. The photos we took were in front of a charming wooden house, which also has a lookout point from where you can better admire the view. We spent a long time walking on the sand, enjoying direct contact with the sea and that unique feeling of our feet in the sand.

Later, we went to Praia do Saco. There, we chose the Piratas restaurant to relax, have a few drinks, and enjoy the late afternoon. It was a simple but invigorating outing, perfect for breaking the routine and relieving some of the burdens of everyday life.

Aqui no Nordeste brasileiro, o período chuvoso já está se despedindo e o sol voltou a brilhar com mais intensidade — um convite perfeito para um passeio à praia. De última hora, resolvemos pegar a estrada e seguir para o litoral, a cerca de 40 km de onde moramos. Partimos de moto logo após o almoço, ainda antes do meio-dia, e em menos de uma hora já estávamos chegando ao nosso destino: a Praia do Saco e a Praia das Dunas.

Começamos pela Praia das Dunas. O que mais me chama atenção por lá são as mansões construídas bem próximas ao mar, contrastando com a paisagem natural. As fotos que tiramos foram em frente a uma charmosa casa de madeira, que ainda conta com um mirante de onde é possível admirar melhor a vista. Passamos um bom tempo caminhando pela areia, aproveitando o contato direto com o mar e aquela sensação única dos pés na areia.

Mais tarde, seguimos para a Praia do Saco. Lá, escolhemos o restaurante Piratas para relaxar, beber alguns drinques e curtir o final da tarde. Foi uma saída simples, mas revigorante, perfeita para quebrar a rotina e aliviar um pouco os pesos do dia a dia.
