This week when I was on my way back to work from lunch, I came across a floor full of cotton. When I looked up, I saw that there were three large cottonwood trees. I was surprised, because I had never seen cotton in such a big tree. When I was a child, there was a cotton plantation in front of my grandmother's house, with cotton trees no more than 1 meter high.

Here in my region, cotton plantations aren't common - they're rare to see. Even more so with the giant trees full of cotton, I loved the landscape that had formed, both in the trees, with several cotton shoots, and with the ground all white from the cotton that had fallen.

In the last photo, which I took from this website, we see a cotton plantation, which is harvested by machines. Who would have thought that these plants would grow so much? Imagine harvesting cotton from giant trees, what a lot of work that would be! Nessa semana quando estava voltando do almoço para o meu setor de trabalho mim deparei com um chão repleto de algodão. Quando olhei para cima vi que havia três arvores grande de algodão. Eu fiquei surpreso, porque nunca tinha visto algodão em uma arvore tão grande. Quando eu era criança, na casa de minha avó havia uma plantação de algodão na frente da casa dela, a plantação possuia pés de algodão com no máximo 1 metro de altura.

Aqui na minha região plantação de algodão não são comuns é algo raro de se ver. Ainda mais árvores gigantes repletas de algodão, eu amei tanto a paisagem que se formou tanto nas arvores, com vários brotos de algodão, tanto com o chão todo branco, dos algodões que cairam.

Na última foto, que peguei nesse site temos uma plantação de algodão, que é colhido por máquinas. Quem imaginaria que essas plantas cresceriam tanto? Imagina fazer colheita de algodão em arvores gigantes, que trabalho não daria!
