Another day at the gym, and yes, another mirror selfie for the collection. ðŸ¤ðŸ’ª I think by now it's pretty obvious that I can't walk past a mirror without taking at least one photo, especially when I'm wearing an outfit I really like. Today I went with black and green, and honestly, I loved how comfortable this combination felt. 💚
These past few weeks have been pretty busy, and sometimes finding time to exercise between work, consultations, and everyday responsibilities isn't as easy as it sounds. There are days when I arrive at the gym feeling full of energy, and others when I just want to finish everything and go home to relax. 😂
But one thing I really enjoy about working out is that little feeling of satisfaction afterward. It doesn't matter if I lifted heavier weights, completed every exercise exactly as planned, or had to make a few adjustments. Knowing that I dedicated some time to myself already makes me feel good.
As a nutritionist, I spend a lot of time encouraging people to build healthier habits, but I also know from personal experience that consistency isn't always easy. We all have busy schedules, unexpected situations, and days when our motivation disappears. That's why I believe it's so important to find a routine that fits our lives instead of trying to organize our entire lives around a perfect routine. 🌿
And something else I've learned is that progress isn't always something we can measure or photograph. Sometimes it's having more energy, feeling stronger, sleeping better, or simply enjoying an activity that used to feel like an obligation.
Today I'm just happy to be here, doing my thing, carrying my water bottle around, and enjoying another little moment for myself. 🥰
Now it's time to put my phone away and get back to those weights because the mirror selfies aren't going to build muscle for me. 😂💪💚
