Diving into Arcade Colony with Stake House Den

For four years now I have been absolutely loving Hive! It's fantastic to truly own my content in this vibrant Web3 ecosystem, and I've been hooked on some incredible games like Splinterlands, Rising Star, dCity and Moon Kart just to name a few especially those built by seasoned developers who truly understand game creation!

It's all about the luck

Well in the case of Stake House Den we get our cards to stake from Lady Luck packs...

I decided to buy some packs through Arcade Colony itself, just head to the market.

Before I bought the packs I did pick up some $SCRIPT from Tribaldex. However I found out later from @thebighigg often $SCRIPT and $COLONY can be cheaper on beeswap ... So shop around first!

I then saw that if you used Flux you have a slightly better chance of pulling a gold or even a legendary card...

So I then filled up on flux which you can purchase with credits. It is all straight forward.

If I can do it then anyone can!

You can see that I had a good haul and even pulled a gold legendary joker...

My luck was in!

Actually my luck was in even before I opened the packs.

I discovered that I had purchased some CENTAURI packs to play MOON KART ages ago but never opened them!

So I sold some and it funded my Stake House Den journey!

This is all done via the menu, you just select ... REFRIGERATOR ...

Funnily enough whenever I see it I am reminded of the American Footballer called William Perry who was nicknamed The Refridgerator.

This is where you can unstake and stake your cards which are NFTs...

I draw another card ..

I am sitting pretty on 16, the dealer has 2, now most if not all blackjack players will tell you to Stay on 16, make the dealer draw, remember they have to keep drawing to at least 17.

The odds are that this dealer will draw more cards and go bust ...

I love it when a plan comes together!

I have no idea how but I was 4th...

I have added to my card pile and I have staked SCRIPT and COLONY, it helps with your rewards multiplier...
