Splinterlands’ “Conflicts” system—where you can obtain very powerful cards through an “Airdrop” system based on earning points by staking assets as collateral—has unveiled its latest card, “Conflict” No. 9, an impressive unit named “Dragonlord Mancer,” and the truth is that it is both imposing and iconic, since, as we recall, these cards are based on the profiles of real people (players) who, at the time, ranked among the top players who purchased the most “Arcane Conclave” packs.
But putting that aside, we need to talk about this card, which has an extremely eye-catching design. It basically depicts a human wearing massive “Dragon” armor, with two small elemental dragons on his shoulders—one of fire and one of ice— though what catches my eye the most is the dragon cannon he carries on his left arm, which looks extremely dangerous and powerful. Although this isn’t an attack card per se—it’s an “Archon”—it’s not just any Archon. in fact, given the combination of abilities he possesses and his tactics, I’d dare say he’s one of the best right now—and he hasn’t even been released yet.
In this post, I’ll cover everything about this card—or at least almost everything—since I might miss a few details. But that’s my goal: for you to learn about this card and, no matter what, join this final battle to get it, because it’s a GREAT card and I think it’ll be pretty expensive.

I’ll try not to go on too long with the explanation, so I’ll get straight to the point regarding the details of the letter—after all, that’s what matters. Once you have it, the idea is that you’ll already have a good idea of what you can and cannot do.
So, with this brief clarification in the introduction, let’s move on to a description of what this letter is—something basic, but something everyone should know:

Note: This is a fairly versatile card and one of those one-of-a-kind “Archons,” as its tactics and the “Lineage” or “Lineages” it can control make it a card to be reckoned with—it’s a very hybrid card. What I mean is that it can provide offense, defense, and, to some extent, support, all at the same time.

As always, these “Archons/Summoners” are experts at introducing mechanics that are simply broken, and that description doesn’t even begin to cover the combination of abilities offered by “Dragonlord Mancer.” It might sound like an exaggeration, since there are others just like him, but the difference is that none of them have these abilities. So, let’s take a look at the main focus of this post below:

Note: In case you still don’t understand the scope and power of this combination, I’ll explain it simply. Bloodlust activates every time you defeat an opponent’s card, causing all of your stats to increase by 1 point each time this happens. Additionally, that same unit will be able to heal allies with “Corrupted Healing” at 70% (rounded down), however, the owner’s own maximum health points are reduced by 1, which might seem like a downside. But, by having “Bloodlust” and gaining health while defeating cards, it’s like getting healing without any risk at all, making it an incredibly lethal card.

With this, you now have a complete guide to what this new card is all about. You’ll be able to start earning it in “Conflicts” very soon—in fact, as of the time this post goes live, there are about 11 hours left until the next conflict begins. So, if this post doesn’t motivate you, I don’t know what will.
