The month of April was really special for me, despite being close to completing 4 years at Hive, there is always something new that we can learn, do or discover and this time, it was something even simple, something that is there all the time, but that we do not give due importance and with that, we lost incredible moments with our friends and a super fun journey to go on.

With that, I can say that April was the first month in which I was able to do PUM (Power Up Month) and that it was a lot of fun to participate, in the same way that it was super challenging to be able to do a PU every day. I chose to focus on PUs instead of making posts with the 100% PU option, so I had to watch myself all the time to remember to do it.

Much more than just participating in PUM, April was a month where everything went right. With the increase in the value of the SPS token, I was able to acquire 200 hive to make a PU on the first of May (Ok, since I got it in April, it will stay in April) and the daily PUs were also high: some days with 10 HP, others with 5, then 3 and that was my routine, so I got a lot of HP on these days.

As the graph below shows, it was a sensational month for my growth, all in search of 20k HP by the end of the year. So, I remember that I even mentioned that usually this graph only had the color green, which is the return of HP rewards, but that now, by participating more in everything that Hive can offer, I got some new colors, which represent PUs and some posts in which I was a beneficiary.

That huge bar on the graph was the 200 hive PU I made, which gave me the level 3 100 HP badge. After I played the HP value, I thought maybe I should have saved it for next month, but oh well, the sooner I increase my HP, the faster and more return I'll get, so in the end I won anyway.

When you complete a PUM, from what I've noticed you receive an HP delegation from hivebuzz (I think this is 100% certain when completing the challenge), which for this first time was 76 HP and this only helps me even more, after I changed my vision of accumulating much more HP this year and trying to hold back my withdrawals as much as possible.

Of course, I also aim to stake the HBD to have a monthly income, but today I feel much more confident about being able to also invest it in buying Hive to perform my daily Power Ups.

The interesting thing is that this delegated HP does not come randomly, there are some criteria that calculate it and they can be seen below:

The amount of delegated HP is calculated according to the following criteria:

• How many consecutive Power Up Months (PUM) you have achieved.
• The total amount of power-ups you have achieved during the PUD and PUM.
• How many consecutive PUDs you have participated in.
• The levels of your power-ups in the PUD (e.g.: you have achieved two "level 3" power-ups and three "level 5" power-ups).
• The number of people you helped earn power-ups and the amount involved.

The higher the amounts mentioned above, the greater the delegation you can receive.

All of this just shows how I missed out on great opportunities for growth, since I wasn't even participating in Power UP Day (PUD), and getting at least 10 HP, which is the minimum, isn't even that difficult for me these days. My case really shows how laziness and a bit of ignorance can make us miss out on many good things, which I don't want to miss out on from now on.

Even the Power Up Helper wasn't doing it, which in this case is you doing a PU for someone, with at least 10 HP and look, from what I understand, this is only one per year, so I had 12 chances per year and nothing. My God, how stupid I was T_T

This one also has its criteria, the PU can't be for just anyone, but I won't go into that much detail. This month of April (and beginning of May) was wonderful for these reasons:

• PUD of 200 HIVE.

• First PUM and I received 76 HP of delegation.

• First Power Up Helper I performed.

Alone we can go far, but with friends and a strong community, we can certainly go much further!

I really want to thank @wiseagent who suggested a challenge and incentive to delegate the same amount of HP that he received for doing the PUM and he actually did it, so by next month, I believe I will have a total of 152 HP delegated, which will help me a lot with my healing return, so I can only thank you from the bottom of my heart.

And of course, the "PU GANG" which was the affectionate way we call ourselves haha ​​and everyone is invited and super welcome to join. Our goal is to maintain this daily Power Up and seek growth in Hive, so my big thank you to all of you, who were my motivation (and also helped me remember) to do the daily PU!

O mês de abril foi realmente especial para mim, apesar de estar próximo de completar 4 anos na Hive, sempre tem algo novo que podemos aprender, fazer ou descobri e desta vez, foi algo até simples, algo que está ali o tempo todo, mas que não damos a devida importância e com isso, perdemos momentos incríveis com nossos amigos e uma jornada super divertida de se fazer.

Com isso, posso dizer que o mês de abril foi o primeiro no qual eu consegui realizar o PUM (Power Up Month) e que foi muito divertido participar, da mesma forma que foi super desafiador conseguir realizar um PU todos os dias. Optei por focar nos PUs no lugar de realizar posts com a opção de 100% PU, então, tinha que me vigiar o tempo todo para lembrar de fazer isso.

Muito além de apenas participar do PUM, Abril foi um mês onde tudo deu certo. Com o aumento do valor do token SPS, consegui adquirir 200 hive para fazer um PU no dia primeiro de Maio (Ok, como consegui no mês de Abril, fica em Abril) e também os PUs diários foram elevados: alguns dias com 10 HP, outros com 5, depois 3 e assim foi a minha rotina, então consegui bastante HP nestes dias.

Como mostra o gráfico abaixo, foi um mês sensacional para o meu crescimento, tudo em busca dos 20k de HP até o final do ano. Então, lembro que até comentei que geralmente este gráfico apenas tinha a cor verde, que é o retorno de recompensas em HP, mas que agora, participando mais de tudo o que a Hive pode oferecer, conseguir algumas cores novas, que representam PUs e alguns posts em que fui beneficiário.

Essa barra enorme no gráfico foi o PU de 200 hive que fiz, o que me deu a badge de nível 3, de 100 HP. Depois que joguei o valor em HP, pensei que talvez fosse melhor ter guardado para o próximo mês, mas tudo bem, quanto mais cedo eu aumentar o meu HP, mais rápido e mais retorno terei, então, no fim das contas ganhei do mesmo jeito.

Quando você completa um PUM, pelo o que percebi você recebe uma delegação de HP do hivebuzz (acho que isso é 100% certeza ao completar o desafio), que para essa primeira vez foi de 76 HP e isso só vem para me ajudar mais ainda, depois que mudei bastante a minha visão de acumular muito mais HP este ano e tentar segurar o máximo possível minhas retiradas.

Claro que também tenho como objetivo colocar o HBD em stake para ter um rendimento mensal, mas hoje estou bem mais seguro para poder também investir ele em comprar Hive para realizar meus Power Ups diários.

O interessante é que esse HP delegado não vem de forma aleatória, existe alguns critérios que calculam isso e os mesmos podem ser observados abaixo:

A quantidade de HP delegada é calculada de acordo com os seguintes critérios:

• Quantos Meses de Power Up (PUM) consecutivos você alcançou.
• A quantidade total de power-ups que você conquistou durante o PUD e o PUM.
• De quantos PUDs consecutivos você participou.
• Os níveis dos seus power-ups no PUD (ex: você fez dois power-ups de "nível 3" e três de "nível 5").
• O número de pessoas que você ajudou a ganhar power-ups e a quantia envolvida.

Quanto maiores os valores mencionados acima, maior a delegação que você pode receber.

Tudo isso apenas mostra como perdi ótimas oportunidades de crescimento, pois nem o Power UP Day (PUD), estava participando e olha que conseguir pelo menos 10 HP que é o mínimo nem é tão difícil para mim hoje em dia. Realmente meu caso demonstra como preguiça e um pouco de ignorância pode nos fazer perder muitas coisas boas, no qual, não quero mais perder daqui para frente.

Até mesmo a Power Up Helper não estava fazendo, que no caso é você fazer um PU para alguém, de no mínimo 10 HP e olha que este pelo o que entendi, é apenas um por ano, então eu tive 12 chances por ano e nada. Meu Deus como fui burro T_T

Este também tem os seus critérios, o PU não pode ser para qualquer pessoa, mas não vou entrar em tantos detalhes assim. Desse jeito, esse mês de Abril (e começo de Maio) foi maravilhoso por estes motivos:

Sozinhos podemos ir longe, mas com certeza com amigos e com uma comunidade forte, podemos ir muito mais longe!

Quero muito agradecer wiseagent que sugeriu um desafio e incentivo de delegar o mesmo valor em HP que recebesse por fazer o PUM e ele realmente fez isso, então até o próximo mês, acredito que terei um total de 152 HP delegado, que irá me ajudar bastante com o meu retorno de curação, então, só posso agradecer do fundo do meu coração.
