Age Barriers Doesn't Exist With Exercises - #306

Exercising is something that shouldn't be looked down on as long as we want a healthy and fit lifestyle, either as a young person, middle aged or aged person. The only clause remains that there might be a difference in the kind of exercises we undergo as an individual.

Irrespective of the age, exercise is the best thing we can give to our body after good food and fruits are picked as one of the major options. So many health issues that people suffer from today are mostly because there was no traces of exercise given to the body and the worse scenario is that these set of people are still the ones available to any kind of food that comes through to them either it's healthy or not healthy for them. People like this still get to be sitting at a spot from morning till evening with no form of moving from here to there due to the nature of their work.

Not everyone will have the time or resources to register with a gym or with an instructor but there are basically some things we can do that also serves as exercise, healthy enough to take the body through fitness and that's ensuring that you take a walk at least 10minutes in a day. It's easy free and with no payment to anyone but still gives us the benefit of exercising.
Taking a walk daily burns calories, reduces stress and anxiety, builds strength and improves balance and flexibility, supports our body's natural defense system and many more benefits.

Some of us are so bad at it that we can hardly take some walk and we would prefer being moved by a cab or bike to anywhere no matter how very short the distance is. Learning to take a walk if you are not registered with a gym is good for us or make our weekend's early hours of the morning a jogging period.

This is what I do for myself, ensuring that I take at least 15minutes walk a day no matter what and even the days that I am always indoors, moving here and there right in my house covers up for me.

It's good to exercise and age is not a barrier to doing exercises and infact the more we exercise our body, the more we give it the grace to be fit for old age.

I can only do walking coz I don't work out, people has steps tracking app now so it shows how effective the walking too no. And yes, no age limits when it comes to exercising now. I saw lots of people, some are seniors that do walking or jogging and I'm kinda jealous coz I can only though a hundreds of steps I think. Lolol

It's okay to not be able to do it like others because our body system differs but in as much as you still take some steps often, I think it's okay enough
