Hoy me complace en presentar una receta deliciosa como es unas arepas con pescado y ensalada cruda para disfrutar el almuerzo con la familia. El pescado es muy versátil y frito es fácil de preparar, además que contiene vitaminas A, B1, B2, B3, B12 D, E y minerales como calcio, potasio, sodio, fósforo, yodo, selenio, magnesio y hierro.
