Prepared karonda chutney 🍒 (Bengal Currant chutney)

Namaste Hiveans, hope everyone is having fun with their friends and family members. I have another new recipe today, which is a very special chutney. I call it karonda in my language, what do you call it?

So I have prepared karonda chutney with plain paratha yesterday. Karonda is basically tart in taste. You put its small slices in salad as well for good taste. Karonda helps in mental health and it also helps in regular consumption. So here I have brought some fresh karonda's

Chop them properly and remove the seeds from inside, it's a little difficult job to remove the seeds and chop them into small pieces. But trust me taste will be so good, you will not regrate chopping these Karonda's.

After chopping, boil them for 10 mins so that tart will be removed from Karonda.

We will be needing ginger garlic paste, chopped onions, tomatoes 🍅, and green chillies.

Take a pan and pour some oil into it. Once it is heated put jeera hing and ginger garlic paste in it, with green chillies.

Once the onions are little brown in colour put chopped tomatoes. And wait for a nice paste. Let it fry properly. In the mean time take half cup of curd and put all the masala (red chilli powder, salt turmeric powder, coriander powder and garam masala) in that.

Once that onions are fried put boiled Karonda in that and after 5 minutes put the curd and masalas in it, stir it untill it's cooked.

Once you see little oil, it's ready to eat, you can garnish it with coriander leaves.

Eat!! Repeat!! VoteUp!! 🥰🥰
