One of my all-time favorite breakfast ideas is pancakes. They're simple to put together and use items that you probably already have on hand. They're also simple to customize with different toppings and mix-ins. Isn't there a reason they are such a popular breakfast meal? This pancake can be enjoyed with chilled fruit juice or wine. It can be given to your kids as eaten as lunch in school or breakfast before going to school. An easy recipe, doesn't take time and looks great.
The Ingredients
Flour
Eggs
Onions
Evaporated Milk
Bonnet Pepper
Vegetable Oil
Sugar, Salt and Seasoning
Step 1: Chop the onions and red pepper, then crack the eggs into a clean bowl and whisk them vigorously.
Step 2: Add the chopped onions and red pepper to the eggs, along with salt and maggi to taste, and beat again.
Step 3: Get a new clean bowl, this time a larger one. Add the flour, then the sugar of your choice.
Step 4: Now add the evaporated milk and combine, then add the egg liquid to the flour and extensively combine, continuing until the pancake batter is smooth.
Step 5: Pre-heat your fry pan with vegetable oil for a few minutes, and you'll see the pancake batter mixture is quite smooth.
Step 5: Using a spoon, gently scoop up part of the pancake batter and pour it into the heated vegetable oil, allowing it to fry for a minute. Allow it to fry on the other side.
Step 6: Repeat the process with the remaining mixture, fry both side and turn off the heat, then serve and enjoy with any cold fruit juice.
