SportsTalkSocial: Proposal to implement deep changes
Introduction
There seems to be a small glimmer of hope regarding community accounts.
After talking to @taskmanager, who implemented the DAO, I learned that the @sports-gov account has another custodian and in addition to that @sportstalksocial responded to my message on Discord, but after 3 exchanges of messages on the 11th of May he never responded.
If there were any doubts, it seems to me that they no longer exist.
For me, this made it very clear that this way we will never be able to improve anything in the community.
Therefore, I propose these amendments.
Proposal
This proposal proposes the following changes:
1- @sports-gov custodians @taskmanager or @patrickulrich will transfer the @sports-gov keys to @cryptosimplify
2 - @sportstalksocial custodian @patrickulrich will transfer the @sportstalksocial keys to @cryptosimplify
3 - @cryptosimplify will be share the accounts keys with @cryptoandcoffee
4 - @sports-gov will follow the @sportstalksocial for curation votes.
5 - See with @patrickulrich how we can handle the frontend code to implement the ads
6- @sports-gov HDB will be used to buy more Hive to increase account HP
7- @sports-gov SWAP.BTC will be sold and more Hive will be Power Up
8 - We will analyze the best offer to delegate some HP to generate passive income to community (ALIVE, LEO, ARCHON or BRO are some projects that will be analyzed)
9 - We will analyze projects that return yield delegating Hive Engine that accounts have and are not be used
10 - All HBD won by @sports-gov and @sportstalksocial through posts will be used to buy Hive.

I voted YES, because it's better to do this than do nothing in this situation.
On the other hand if it succeeds, I'd like to correct the route in following points a bit (after some period of time) :
I believe the cooperation should return and some part of delegation should be reestablished
If we talk about the 70+ HBD only, then OK,
What is this transfer about?
What portion of HP are we talking about? It needs to be set if we're to delegate 50% or 100%.
What are they? I used to know @brofi but is there any working right now?
I believe that after (let's say half an year) a part of these income should be set to burn sports

Let me explain what I know and I can
This needs to be analyzed because we are delegating 5K during 3 years and @actifit.rewards it is only curating actifit posts and a lot of them with low quality.
This account never curates SportsTalkSocial community posts.
Currently, it is only 70 HBD, and it is not earning any interest and for the community it will be better to be converted to HP and used to curate posts.
The transfers to @newsportsholding it was patrick moving personnel funds out of community accounts. That is correct, since the funds not belong to community.
The other one I don't have information about it.
In my opinion, max amount is 50% because we need HP to curate quality posts on the community.
I know that LOLZ have this working to reward LOLZ token, but we need to analyze if exists other options.
That is the goal. Start to have a regular passive income that allows to buy SPORTS from market and burn it.
I don't know if we will be possible to implement this in half year or a year after start generating passive income.
I hope my answer clarify our doubts or concernings.

I think, rather, that ALL sports communities should merge.
That would give us more strength for the future.
The language barrier would perhaps be a drawback, but it would be surmountable.
I spoke with the leader of the SWC community and he has the same thought as myself.
The issue is that it would take longer to implement a whole sports project.
I vote NO as a way of getting my ideas across, never because I disagree with coming up with a solution for the SPORTS token.
That being the case, I leave the merger proposal on the table....

Greetings to all, I think that uniting all the sports communities in one place sounds like a great idea, but I do not see it feasible, because SWC has a mission and objective already set, Full Deportes has a long way to go, I think we should be careful about the actions we take on behalf of the community we represent.
The idea sounds good, but I don't see it as feasible, scalable or decentralised.

As @forykw in the future a lot of things can be done but for that it is necessary to have persons taking care of community and using there time to improve things.
Currently, this is not happening and this proposal is to change the current community status.
You are free to vote what you think that is better but voting NO only will make the community continue as it is without impprovements or changes.

Because currently we dont have any governance at all.
Have you saw anything being done to improve the community?

I was able to get the 2 options for my proposal, but the system has yet to notify that the proposal has failed to pass.
The whole thing was, and is highly experimental, and temperamental. But I don't think I marketed it as a DAO, as it's a little too centralized at 2 points to call it that. The account owner has ultimate control, and this code was designed to allow a community owner to yield that control over to a community. The account owner can at any point decide to no longer yield control, and remove authorization. (the 1st point of centralization)
This hasn't happened yet...
What has happened is that the code hosted on my server (the other centralized point) is dated, and in need of an update. But as I've stated before, getting 51% of stake to vote on it is going to be very difficult, so for now fixing this is lower on my priority list.

In the future, we can do a lot of things.
This is just the starting point.
Anything is better than what is currently being done with Sports (none).
If I were you, I would allocate some small % of the post rewards for HBD savings to keep that for further developmemt.
After we be able to have a real team using time to implement things, we will discuss all the available options, including your suggestion.
However, to do something we need to pass the proposal and I don't know if currently people is at least active to vote and reach the 51%
