When we keep drinking enough water everyday, it helps us to regulate the temperature of our body , it also makes it possible for us to keep our joints lubricated , drinking enough water can also help to prevent infections in our body , it will also deliver great nutrients to our body cells , it makes our body organs to function properly.

Various Experts have made recommendations that we should drink at least eleven(11) cups of water daily for women and it said sixteen (16)cups of water for men.

To spice it up it is not compulsory the water must be plain , you can add fruits to the water or vegetables if you want or you can use it to make tea , just make sure you stay hydrated consistently..

Drinking enough water and staying hydrated can also help to treat constipation , constipation is when a person experiences an infrequent type of bowel movements and they are having serious difficulty passing stool.

Taking enough water can help in treating constipation and there are various evidences and real life situations which confirms it.

Low consumption of water can increase the risk of constipation in both young and old people.

I usually drink 1 part of seawater in 3 parts of plain water. But in my travels I dissolve 1 level tablespoon of sea salt in 1 liter of plain water. That compensates for the minerals not present in our meals.
