Hive Power Up Day - October 1st 2023: Don't Fall When Fall Starts
Hi all, it is 1st October 2023 and it's Hive Power Up Day today!!!
I have participated in Hive Power Up Day since October 2022, the journey since then had been nothing less than awesome. I still remembered how I started with 315HP back then when I first participated in this program. And it's been 1 year since I last took part in Hive Power Up Day, so it's my first anniversary for taking part.
Hive Power Up Day, What is it?
Hive Power Up Day occurs on the first day of each month where people come together to stake their Hive to become Hive Power. Through this, our account gets powered up.
Power Up?
By powering up our account, what does it bring?
- Increase our influence in the block chain, in terms of voting power on content, witnesses and proposals
- With a much higher Hive Power, we get more curation rewards and improve our earnings.
- Passive earning of 3% per annum

Hive Power Up Month September 2023
A disciplined month of September where a post is made everyday. However when looking through hivebuzz, it seemed like there is a bug and I wasn't awarded the HPUM badge. In this month, I have gained 318HP which I am really thankful for all your support.
And here is the chart for September 2023.
Hopefully the bug gets fixed and I will get my HPUM badge for September.
Concluding
It was a little shaky today as there were limited Hive liquidity and I am thankful that I managed to get hold of some Hive to power up. It's the last quarter, let's keep the pace and work to complete the goals that were set at the start of the year.
