Started with a hectic week

Finally with onset of this week i gave inception tó final year of my graduation.Although the onset of classes were from 1st of this september but I couldn’t make it from first due to few funerals and a line of works.

It isn’t like i am not habitual to university life but for me this week felt to be more hectic of all the days i have spent in university. I have enjoyed mỳ university life with accomplishing necessary tasks without any work related anxiety.But this time i am feeling like i will have to take some antihistamines 😅

This week started to me with alot of pending works and many looming projects and assignments as well.
I didn’t know last Sunday that i am gonna that super busy and fatigued for next 7 days.

Let me share with you few glimpses of this week.
Starting from Monday , i had to compile all thé lectures I missed due to my 15 days offs. It was bit tiresome as i had to approach many mates for it. I copied them as in final year i have all the majors and missing a one lecture even can cost me alot later.We were grouped for ả clinical project too( research on osteoporosis)

On tuesday i worked on assignment that was due on me ,Tuesday was deadline . It was about preparing bullets for a seminar organised for “Amendments and changes in Pharmacy curriculum to rectify it to modern practices.”
I penned down my suggestions .Although I wasn’t offered rostrum but i was supposed to handover my notes.

Wednesday was all about organising a camp regarding “Safe use of medications during Pregnancy “ Due to less awareness irrational use of medications is leading to many fetus deformities in mỳ country. So through that self organised camp we tried to play our role to spread awareness.

In the mean time i had to attend 5 hours classes daily too from Monday to friday.I had to manage time too for game,exercise ,friends and calling back to family as well. I am preparing for few knotty tests as well like KAPS and DRAP test.

I believe as you grow up ,you really need time to relax your mind through meditation and seclusion therapy . I am unable to do that too for a month or loner. No as such activity that càn resuscitate my mind from feeling tiresome and dull.

Mind soundness is as important as body’soundness is. We forget our mental health when daily life routine deteriorates us . And ít further exaggerates the fire.As we do attention to our physical health ,we must pay heed to mental as well.

Well, though i had a hectic week to start on but really paused my life on weekend😅 had an amazing nap, Quality time with friends,watching out ả mysterious season on Netflix and spending time ỉn cooking. All these are the things which play vital role to calm me down whenever i get exhausted.
