TIL: Nero was one horny degenerate fuck!

You have probably heard about Nero, the Roman emperor who is a prime candidate for setting up Rome on fire in July AD 64. A fire that burned for 9 days... A fire that burned down 2/3 of Rome 😂🚒🔥

If you are anything like me this is pretty much where your knowledge about Nero begins and ends.

But today I learned something really spicy about him.

Turns out Nero was one big degenerate fuck 😂

First let's begin with the story of Sporus. You see, Nero once had a wife called Poppaea Sabina who died in 65 AD. Maybe she died while giving birth. Maybe he killed her for whatever reason.

Couple years later, Nero finds a young boy who apparently looked a lot like her. So he had him castrated. And married him. And had him wear dresses and shit to pass him off as his deceased wife 😂

Among other forms of address, Sporus was termed "Lady", "Empress", and "Mistress" source

A bit earlier he had also married another guy called Pythagoras, who played the role of Nero's husband while he played the role of the bride 😂😂😂

he stooped to marry himself to one of that filthy herd, by name Pythagoras, with all the forms of regular wedlock. There are even rumors that he had committed incest with his... Mother!! 😂😂😂😂

Well, sounds like Nero was one horny mother fucker! Clearly, not a great choice for an Emperor as he ended up everything that walked and had a hole 😂

To be fair, the whole arson and mother incest rumors maybe just that.. Rumors.

There's a good chance he committed neither of those.

Still, who doesn't like a good but fake gossip? 😂

I would have been happy with only know the first part of the story 🤣🤣😭😭 noooooo.

I have this feeling that half the stories are true, back in the day (very very far back in the day), incest was normal in some cultures 😅. And they only had a few people running around mad, I think they kept them for entertainment 😌

I have worked with spirit for years to heal myself and sometimes get insights into the past lives of others, along with myself - if in doing so there is potential for growth and healing for the Earth.
I was told years before Boris Johnson became Prime Minister, that he is a reincarnation of Nero. I didn't know why I was told this at the time, since he didn't seem so important.
If you compare their lives you will see a lot of correlation and actually there are many, many articles that compare their personalities as being similar.

You know, it seems like half the time I read about a Roman Emperor, I go away shaking my head. They had, what, like 5 good ones, right? The rest were all weirdos. Amazing Rome lasted so long.
