My Actifit Report Card: October 21 2022

Well, when I got up this morning I really thought that today's target... would fall into the water. After days of beautiful weather, it was pouring rain this morning. I saw myself walking around with an umbrella through rain and wind hoping to reach 10k...😱

But luckily it cleared up again by noon and when my wife asked me if I wanted to go shopping with her (under slight duress, I admit it) I started my daily walk.
And it must be said, although the pace was significantly slower, and there were frequent stops to eat and/or drink something, the 10K were quickly achieved.

So today's target has been met again... but I'm afraid the target for ingested calories has completely fallen 😜
