Last week, I wrote about strength and patience. And today I want to talk about fun! Nothing helps us along the way like a good mood and a smile on our face. So let's try today to just be happy with what we already have from birth. Smile!

I do believe that smiling is often underappreciated. We often forget about it when we feel bad or have a hard time. We don't use it often. We don't use it properly. Perhaps we even take it the wrong way...

Have you ever noticed how a child smiles?

How sincere and effortless it is. It is so infectious that one can even laugh from this pure emotion. Or cry... Depends on the impressionability of the beholder. In any case, what is given to us by nature disappears with time. Or just hides from others' eyes, building new walls every year.

The lack of emotion in real life led to the creation of emoji. That's not a statement. It just feels that way to me. And it's not a bad thing anymore when we can share some of what we always have in messages or posts. The ability to genuinely give goodness through a smile is sort of our superpower. And in a way, we are all super-heroes if we want it badly enough! 😜💛💙❤️🙌

Today is the 11th round of my giveaway gratitude, and I'm glad so many people supported the idea and participated in my act of gratitude and gratuitous giving. I will be giving away 5 HSBI + 1 this week and beyond. Another 1 HSBI I will be giving away as a token of my appreciation for various things. It can be a sincere comment or just a contribution to Hive life. Perhaps it will be advice to me or to the community. Or it might even be the bitter truth spoken to my (and only me!) face! In fact, I don't really know what or who will inspire me yet, myself. But from this day forward, I will be giving my thanks to one more participant on my own behalf! I think it will be interesting! So let's get started!

Goal

As I wrote in the first post Giveaway of Gratitude. 5 HSBI. CLOSED!, I give every day and want to take it to Hive! The purpose of this next giveaway is to give back to Hive and its members my share of appreciation and love! This is a gratuitous giveaway. That is, if the payout for this post is 5.01 Hive, I will give away 6 HSBI! The only thing I get is your love and part of the Hive SBI (that's how HSBI works).

What is HSBI

HSBI is a social experiment that has grown into something bigger. I have read many posts and other information about it. In my opinion, it is worthy of both Hive and this world in general! If you don't already know what HSBI (Hive SBI) is, read this post: Hive SBI

Why am I leaning specifically toward HSBI? Because this value that I give away also stays at Hive. It also shows my love for this blockchain and everyone involved!

We tend to force smile in other to belong.
I love the life of a child that smiles happily without forcing it or faking it.

First of all I start by congratulating the winners of the week @zakludick , @eddwood , @almajandra , @sammyhive.

Oh my friend what a beautiful heart you have, how beautiful your writing today regarding the smile, you made me remember my two nephews, one of two years old and the other just less than two months, I do not know them because I do not know if I have mentioned that my sister had to emigrate from Venezuela to Canada in search of a better quality of life, she has almost 5 years since she left, and she had two babies there, my mom also left last year to support her. Anyway, when I see the smile of the little ones, even through a video call, a photo, it fills my heart with happiness, I hope to meet them someday, and be able to appreciate their laughter for myself.

It is as you say sometimes we do not use the smile because of so many sadness that we live day by day and we have accumulated in the heart, but we must change that, enjoy life and what surrounds us, I must enjoy my beautiful daughter, husband and kitten who are by my side, even if the situation is not as you want.

I like to motivate people and I will not stop doing that, give them words of encouragement when they need it. May they smile, live and be happy.

Thank you very much for the gift, I did not expect it, for me it is a beautiful pleasure to meet you, and even if we are so far away, we are from different cultures and another language, it is wonderful that through here we can relate with wonderful people like you. I also hope someday to get to know you more, you are a being with a heart of gold. You made me cry with joy with your words to me, thank you God bless you and send you all the happiness in the world, lots of life, health, love, prosperity, peace, love, abundance and all the best vibes in the world, that everything around you is solved so that you live happily.

Although we have bad days and a bad situation in our countries, you see there are also reasons like this to be happy, this is a reason.

You know something that I wanted to participate here to support you and until a few days ago was that I knew more or less what is a HSBI hahahaha, I still have a lot to know in hive, I'm even sad to say that I did not know what was the HSBI and I participating everywhere to support people.

I would like to know more soon, to see if I can reciprocally support other people.

Let's talk about smiling today. I admit I am not a smiling person, 😏 it will be a chore to smile more from now on, 😁 I promise.
The smile itself encloses and denotes a multiplicity of feelings and emotions. There is a diversity of them, but the most valuable are the spontaneous ones, the genuine ones, the ones that are produced as an expression of a gratifying feeling or emotion. And what to say when dimples are formed with the smile, I really enjoy seeing them; although if you did not know it in the 'people who are presented is because they have a muscular deformity, which when contracted sinks the skin of the cheek.

Smiling at someone can make a real difference in their day and my day.
I have caught myself frowning a lot lately and I have not felt very well.
I am trying to smile more again. I read that smiling can literally affect
the way you feel, so please smile when you think of it. Write a post it
notes to, "Smile more - it's good for your health!" and "Smile more it's good for
another person's health too." 😄
