Starting with my re-education process in relation to the use of my free time with Hive, yesterday I did something that was really cool and fun for me and as much as it seems trivial, it is a sensitive point of what I had been leaving aside for being able to always focus on something related to Hive or anything else: watching a simple movie on TV with my children.

Exactly what you read, this is a point that I have neglected a lot, as if the struggle we have daily with our children clinging to cell phones or technological peripherals was not enough, there is also the human part of the story: our tiredness, lack of energy or motivation, stress, other matters that we have to deal with at home such as bills or helping to make dinner, in short, there are plenty of reasons to stay away from them when we get home after a long day of work.

But yesterday I was stronger, because as my last post on this subject says, we must change, we must be the change we want to see in the world and around us, so I got home, took a drink cold shower and I went straight to the living room and called my children (Davi and Sofia) to watch a comedy film that I really liked and I even recommend it to you, it's called “Exchanged”, I believe it's in English It must have a slightly different name, but anyway, it was nice to be there by their side watching the film without worrying about anything else.

This change is my goal for now, Hive is addictive, for me it's therapy, a tribe and an incredible place that I've always dreamed of being, but I need to pay attention to my family and enjoy the moments with my little ones, because we know how time flies and soon, they develop, leave home and these moments together will become smaller and smaller, scarce, so for this reason, I need to savor while we are together, this is something I really want.

So, taking advantage of the fact that my work is calmer today, I can advance my post by sharing this cool moment I had, just like on other days I won't have time, I'll just be calm about it. I don't feel poorer or richer for not posting for a day, or two, or five, these are irrelevant, because I believe that what really matters is spending and building moments with the people we love.

I'm already really looking forward to what we'll do today, being able to better balance my personal life with everything Hive has to offer will be one of my big career goals for 2024, so, can we do it like this? New year, new mindset!

Iniciando com o meu processo de reeducação em relação ao uso do meu tempo livre com a Hive, ontem fiz algo que foi bem legal e divertido para mim e por mais que parece algo trivial, é um ponto sensível do que eu vinha deixado de lado para poder focar sempre em algum assunto relacionado com a Hive ou qualquer outra coisa: ver um simples filme na TV com meus filhos.

Exatamente isso que você leu, esse é um ponto que tenho negligenciado bastante, já não bastasse a luta que temos diariamente com nossos filhos agarrados em celulares ou periféricos tecnológicos, ainda tem a parte humana da história: nosso cansaço, falta de energia ou motivação, stress, outros assuntos que temos que resolver em casa como contas ou ajudar a fazer a janta, enfim, motivos não faltam para ficar longe deles, quando chegamos em casa depois de um longo dia de trabalho.

Só que ontem fui mais forte, pois como a minha última postagem sobre este assunto diz, devemos mudar, devemos ser a mudança que queremos ver no mundo e ao nosso redor, por isso, cheguei em casa, tomei um banho gelado e já fui direto para a sala e chamei meus filhos (Davi e Sofia) para assistir a um filme de comédia que gostei bastante e até recomendo para vocês, se chama “Trocados”, acredito que em inglês deve estar com um nome um pouco diferente, mas, enfim, foi legal estar ali do lado deles vendo o filme sem me preocupar com mais nada.

Essa mudança é o meu objetivo por agora, a Hive é viciante, para mim uma terapia, uma tribo e um lugar incrível que sempre sonhei em estar, mas, preciso dar atenção para a minha família e aproveitar os momentos com meus pequenos, pois sabemos como o tempo voa e logo, eles se desenvolvem, saem de casa e estes momentos juntos irão se tornar cada vez menores, escassos, então por este motivo, preciso saborear enquanto estamos juntos, isso é algo que desejo muito.

Então, aproveitando que hoje meu trabalho está mais tranquilo, consigo adiantar minha postagem compartilhando deste momento legal que tive, assim como em outros dias não terei tempo, apenas ficarei tranquilo em relação a isso. Não me sinto nem mais pobre ou mais rico por não postar um dia, ou dois, ou cinco, isso não têm relevância, pois, acredito que o que realmente importa é passar e construir momentos com as pessoas que amamos.

Já estou bem ansioso para o que faremos hoje, conseguir conciliar melhor a minha vida pessoal com tudo o que a Hive têm para oferecer será um dos meus grandes objetivos de carreira para 2024, então, podemos fazer assim não? Ano novo, mentalidade nova!
