I saw a certain person on Instagram posting the following sentence: “Does anyone have the manual for life to lend me?” and that made me think that in addition to a bad or complicated moment that this person must be going through, how could we expect a manual for life? I respect the bad times, because we all have them, but in my opinion, life doesn't have a manual and never will.

The basics are what we learn in science books: being born, living, reproducing and dying, but what happens between each point of these items is a range of possibilities that nobody can predict or play in a manual. Life is there to be lived, to be explored and that's the way it is. I have my bad moments and in them, I try to cling to my determination and the love of the family.

As I said, I don't know what's going on in that person's life, but unfortunately it seems natural that with each passing day things get really complicated, they get more difficult, as there are countless variables that are there precisely for that, to make everything difficult. But it depends on ourselves to fight against all of this and try to achieve what we want, whatever that dream or goal is.

The handbook of life is written every day, every moment and we who are the authors, with successes and mistakes, all of this becomes experience so that tomorrow we can do things better and faster and with much more efficiency. Don't cry out for a ready and bound manual of life, make your own and fight to write as many good things as possible, so that at the end of these pages, you can be at peace and proud of who you were during all this time.

Vi uma certa pessoa no Instagram postando a seguinte frase: “Alguém tem o manual da vida para me emprestar?” e isso me fez pensar que além de um momento ruim ou complicado que essa pessoa deveria estar passando, como poderíamos esperar por um manual da vida? Respeito os momentos ruins, pois todos temos eles, mas na minha opinião a vida não tem um manual e nunca terá.

O básico é aquilo que aprendemos nos livros de ciência: nascer, viver, reproduzir e morrer, mas o que acontece entre cada ponto destes itens é uma gama de possibilidades que ninguém pode prever ou jogar em um manual. A vida está aí para ser vivida, para ser desbravada e é assim que as coisas são. Tenho meus momentos ruins e neles, tento me apegar a minha determinação e ao amor da família.

Como disse, não sei o que passa na vida daquela pessoa, mas infelizmente parece que é natural que a cada dia que passe as coisas fiquem mesmo complicadas, fiquem mais difíceis, ao existirem inúmeras variáveis que estão aí justamente para isso, dificultar tudo. Só que depende de nós mesmos lutar contra tudo isso e tentar alcançar o que queremos, seja lá qual for esse sonho ou objetivo.

O manual da vida é escrito a cada dia, a cada momento e nós que somos os autores, com os acertos e erros, tudo isso se torna experiencia para que amanhã possamos fazer melhor e mais rápido as coisas e com muito mais eficiência. Não clame por um manual da vida pronto e encadernado, faça você mesmo o seu e lute para escrever o máximo de coisas boas possíveis, para que no final dessas paginas, você possar estar em paz e com orgulho de quem você foi durante todo esse tempo.
