"Signed, Sealed, Delivered I'm Yours" is a soul song released by American musician Stevie Wonder on June 3, 1970 as a single on Motown's Tamla label. It was also released on his album "Signed, Sealed and Delivered", released on August 7, 1970. It was written by Stevie Wonder, Syreeta Wright, Lula Mae Hardaway and Lee Garrett and produced by Stevie Wonder. And it was arranged by Paul Riser. It also features the distinctive sitar intro played by the Funk Brothers. As far as I know, Stevie Wonder got the song's iconic chorus from his mother. While Stevie Wonder was fooling around with the lyric "here I am baby", his mother gave him the line "Signed, Sealed, Delivered I'm Yours". And Stevie Wonder's talent and performance made the song a worldwide hit. It has also been covered by many artists, from Elton John to Ariana Grande to Blue.
