Simple weekend breakfast

Hello beautiful people all over the world, happy weekend to you all. And let me make use of this opportunity to welcome you all to this Foodie Bee Hive community where you can show your yummy, simple, and delicious meal and get to see a lot of different recipes as well.

Making delicious food is not until you break the bank, you can make a delicious meal from simple recipes as well, just like what I am about to do today.

It's my first time posting here anyway and I hope am welcome here to show my cooking skills.

So today I will be preparing a simple breakfast.

Ingredients are

3 pieces of plantains
4 eggs
1 tablespoon of paper
1 onion
Pinch of salt
Half seasoning cube
45ml of oil

Procedure

The ingredients while I was ready to start cooking.

I broke the four eggs inside a clean bowl.
Then I added 1 tablespoon of pepper into the eggs.

I added half of the seasoning cube into the egg and a pinch of salt to taste.

I made use of fresh peppers because I love peppers a lot.

I made use of a fork to whisk the egg and the seasoning together, then set it aside.

I continued by peeling off the plantain.

I sliced the plantains into pieces because I wanted to lay them inside the frying pan.

I put the frying pan on the burner, then poured the oil inside the frying pan and I allowed it to get hot.

Then I lay all the sliced plantains inside and fry them on low heat.

After two minutes, I turned it to the other side as you can see in the picture.

Two minutes later, I poured the sliced onions on the fried plantains.

Then pour the egg mixture on it.

I left it to fry on low heat and after two minutes I turned it to the other side.

Two minutes later the simple breakfast was ready and to be served with chilled drink.
