Stuffed Kulchå ånd tåmårind Chutney

Namaste Friends 🙏🏼, hope you guys are doing well. How was the Rakhi Celebration? My Rakhi was awesome 😎. So coming to today's delicious recipe, I have prepared stuffed Kulchå ånd tåmårind Chutney

**Let's start with Stuffed Kulchå **

Take a big bowl and take half glass of luke warm water and mix half glass of milk in it. Now take maida and put half cup of curd, a pouch of eno, a spoon of baking soda, three spoons of ghee mix it well in the maida. And after that start make a dough using the mixed water and milk. make sure the dough is soft and smooth, you Kulchå depends on the dough, if dough is nice Kulchå will be amazing

Wait for two hours and in the mean time let's prepare the tåmårind Chutney and Kulchå stuffings

Kulchå stuffings

Take the boiled potatoes and great them properly. Take chopped onions and green chillies. Take some great paneer.

Put red chilli powder, salt, black pepper, black salt, roasted corrinder and cumin seeds.

Let's jump to Chutney
Take the water soaked tåmårind.

Strain the tåmårind using sieve. And mix one big spoon on smashed potatoes.

Put some chopped onions with salt, sugar, ginger paste, red chilli powder and black pepper.

Once the masala and the chutney is ready, let's see the dough and preparing the dough balls.

Take half of the dough and make a big chapati, spread some ghee on it and some dried maida on it. Roll it over and cut it into pieces (make sure to prepare the balls like below image) and wait for 20 minutes more.

After that, take one of the ball and make a small chapati, put a spoon of stuffing in it. And make a nice round ball again. Now make an oval shaped chapati. Put some coriander leaves on it while rolling it.

Take a tawa, put some salted water on it, and on one side of the chapati spread the salted water so that it will stick on the tawa.

Now serve it with the tåmårind Chutney or fresh curd.
