Katori chaat 😋(Sunday Special)

Hello Guys, Sunday is a FUN Day!

Hope you guys are doing well, so here is a new dish from my mother-in-law, katori chaat, why do we call it as katori chaat?, It's because it is prepared in a shape of katori (small bowl) and inside that we put all the healthy stuff. So it's a combination of healthy+unhealthy dish🤓

Ingredients
Boiled potatoes (cut them into small pieces)
Chopped onions 🧅
Chopped green chillies
Chopped tomatoes 🍅
Chopped cucumber 🥒

Green Gram (you have to leave it overnight, it needs a lot of darkness and warm place which will help green gram to sprout all right the next day morning

Recipe
Make s soft dough, and keep it for an hour. After an hour make a small round chapati with the dough. Now, take a small bowl and wrap the bowl with the uncooked chapati like shown in the image.

Fry the prepared katori and try removing the steel bowl from the katori.

This is how it will look once you fry it.

Now as the last step, put all the chopped veggies into the prepared katori to make the katori chaat, put little curd, chaat masala, bhujia, salt, jeera powder and ketchup on top of veggies
