33 VIP Food Court 之 客家炸肉饭

去年被室友带去 Rawang 的 33 VIP Food Court 吃过砂拉越『哥罗面』之后，室友还是一直想去吃，刚好今年室友的妹妹也来云顶工作了。室友是砂拉越人，所以带她妹妹去吃她们的家乡菜。

今年 2024 年，我们又再去一次 33 VIP Food Court 找哥罗面吃。

可惜啊！
不知道是谁运气不好，这么远来到 Rawang 找吃，这次来却发现卖哥罗面的档口没开档！与哥罗面无缘咯……

这次一起下山来吃『哥罗面』的有四个人，我、室友、妹妹和妹妹的朋友，来到发现面档没开门真的好遗憾，但还是依旧选择在这里吃午餐。

这里依然还有很多档口可以选择……

四个人点了四杯饮料：
● 两杯 Teh 冰
● 一杯 Kopi 冰
● 一杯 White Coffee 冰

我的就是 White Coffee 白咖啡，天气热，必须喝冰才能凉快。

卖砂拉越的面档没开门，我们只好各自去点各自的餐食。大家都去了不同的档口点餐，而我就点了：

客家炸肉饭
首先我来说说这碗汤，汤挺好喝的；饭是鸡饭的那种油饭，很香；主角就是这盘客家炸肉，我想问店家是不是盐最近很便宜，太咸了！总体来说还是 OK 的，毕竟饭还能中和一点点的咸味。

吃着这份『客家炸肉』就想起小时候外公煮的，外公是客家人，每逢年过节的都会煮这道菜，还是家里煮的最好吃了。外公已经不在，再也吃不到了
