An Average Tuesday | Alive and thriving on July 16, 2024
Hi, there! How are you? I hope that you are doing great. Welcome to my post. It's actifit report number 1191. It is also the alive and thriving report on Tuesday, 16th of July, 2024.
On Tuesday, I did full time work in my chamber. I consulted around 32 patients. In the visa medical section, a little over 40 people came for the fitness checkup and I had to examine most of them.
Regarding physical activities, today I walked on the treadmill for 10 minutes only, after finishing my duty. However, I did some other workout in between like push up or something like that.
For the last 2 days, I am trying to count to my steps using the Fitbit Android app. Yesterday, the app did not work when I walked on the treadmill. Hence, I could not make 10k steps on Monday. Today the app was working and it counted the steps while I walked on the treadmill. As a result, today I was able to make over 10k steps.
Before ending this post, I am adding a picture that I took today afternoon when I was going for the evening shift duty. There was strong wind and too much dust in the air.
Okay. It is all for now. I am alive, healthy, and thriving, Alhamdulillah. How about you?

I never thought about how many people doctors see in a day, do you ever worry about getting sick? Or do you wear a mask? The doctors here no longer wear one.
I have a question, if you do not mind, today I ripped my big toenail off, and it laid back upside down on top of my toe, should I see a doctor and have it removed, or will it grow back? It is still attached at one corner. I folded it back into place.

I wear a mask when I am on duty! However, it's not the same way before (during Corona pandemic). Sometimes, as a chin diaper 😀!

If your toenail is only attached at one corner, you better have it removed by a doctor! That my opinion. However, patients often refuse to do so 😀!
