My Activities on July 28 2022

Assalamu Alaikum! Happy Friday and Jummah Mubarak! How are you doing? I am hoping that all of you are doing great. I am having a great Friday so far, Alhamdulillah. Here is today's actifit report on Thursday the 28 July 2022.

On Thursday, I consulted 58 patients in my chamber. It was quite a busy time. But, there was no emergency case, Alhamdulillah. In the visa medical section, 21 people came for the check-up. I examined all of them.

Regarding physical activities, I only walked for 10 minutes on the treadmill after lunch. However, in total I was able to cross 10k steps mark, Alhamdulillah.
