Visiting At My Grandma's Place

Greetings everyone, today My destination was in my Grandma's place and this visitation activities I will did will be surprised for her. Its been a long time since I did not visit Grandma and she was living alone in her Simple and Unique house in Zone 19, Poblacion Manticao, Misamis Oriental. Grandma will be very happy to know that I visited her and offered some great stories during her young ages. Everytime I visited her place, I always to heard those wonderful stories about my Grandma's young ages and she also glad to shared the stories. My Father was also tell me about my Grandma back when they lived near at the mountain.

Grandma loves to plant anything valuable just like crops and ornamental plants. My Father told me about the big Garden owned by my Grandma near at the mountain. She was planted more crops, corn and fruit trees at here own garden near at the mountain the time when they lived in Sitio Linangga.

Its been 45 years when my Grandma and Grandpa decided to transferred of living here in Zone 19 Poblacion Manticao, Misamis Oriental. They really did a plan and decided to live here because it is accessible in Provincial Road. They brought a house that time at the costs of 11,000 Pesos. It is quite cheap compared today that it costs Millions including the Lot. After brought the house, Grandma started to collected different kinds of ornamental plants and placed in their yard to make her place fascinating and attractive.

Grandma also make this simple Home garden and she planted crops in here just like Lutya and Ube. She also planted few banana plants and in fact there are already many times she harvested those banana fruits. The last time I visited here, this crops was not still harvested but as I get back here, it is already harvested. My Grandma said that some of the crops she have was sold to the market, well this will help her on her needs at home. She always watered those crops 2 times a day, and she cultivated the soil surrounded in the crops so that it will grows very fast. She was planning to plant some vegetables like Pechay, Okra and Lots of Ube. Grandma have already experienced of this kind of activities because this is what she did many years have pass.

Grandma also collected different kinds of ornamental plants, and she watered it daily. Using this water pumps, she fetched water just for here plants and this is a good kind of exercises every afternoon. I also help my Grandma watering the plants everytime when I visited her, but I take a picture first before helping Grandma. Take caring of ornamental plants is one of her hobbies in life, and she already did this when she was still 20 Years old. As Grandma says, everytime when she take cared and planted ornamental plants, she will remembered those days when she was early 20's. That is only a piece of Great memories, time changes including our age.

This road is located near at Grandma's house and this is the Provincial road here in Manticao. The last time of this road was a rocky road and it is very dusty when summer came and muddy when rainy season. But now, motorist will have an easy passing in this place because it is already concreted. My Grandparents plan is perfect and brilliant because they can easily brought many products without delaying because of floods. They can instantly went to the Market place just to buy something, and aside of that it is far in dangerous situations unlike living near at the river.

I also gave my Grandma's favorite food. She was very happy about the food I brought for her and she will eat this for dinner. I spend my day at my Grandma's house and I was having a lot of fun time talking with my Grandma. Thank you for visiting my post, have a nice day everyone.
