Been contended means to be okay with what ever you have. When someone is not contended he begins to do all sort of things which is beyond his power. Not being contended will make someone to steal and leads to other social vice s which are bad

We are someone who is being contended we will have peace of mind. Make someone to develop self control and there is respect.
This is the 23rd of may which means in less than 7 days and we be in the month of June.
